Mateusz Adamiak
Mateusz’s journey with volleyball began at just 7 years old and grew from local courts in Gdańsk to the international stage.
After years in indoor volleyball - from managing youth teams at Lotos Trefl Gdańsk to working with PlusLiga and 1st-division clubs - he made a bold decision to follow his passion for beach volleyball.
Today, as an FIVB & PZPS certified coach, CEO and head coach of Sun on Wave Academy, and organizer of 30+ beach camps across Europe, he is shaping the next generation of players.
In 2025, he proudly leads the Polish Deaf National Champions on their road to the Deaflympics in Tokyo.
Mark Garcia-Kidd
Mark Garcia-Kidd, a former England international, has built a career both on and off the sand.
He’s worked with Volleyball England and DeepDish, supporting national teams, managing athletes, and organizing key competitions.
With his playing experience and project management skills, he’s a well-rounded coach and leader in beach volleyball.
Currently, Mark runs Hybrid Vacations, a sporty travel agency offering beach volleyball camps in Lanzarote, tennis trips in Mallorca, and custom sports-focused travel experiences, combining his love for sport and travel.
